I thought that was omne of the points of xpmode - you are running in a virtual machine not in 64bit windows?

It still does not run 16-bit programs: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/GettingReadyforWindows7/thread/64b42c08-dd90-424f-8dfc-adf8fc474351 It merely allows some installers to function, and still pretty much requires Windoze-based software. 32-bit OS, no problem. But 64- bit... "go fish". Note that "XP mode" is only available for Professional Windoze and up. David A. Smith |
