Nevertheless, most [1] newsreaders and NNTP servers honor
charset headers (even though they're really encoding headers!)

In Canada, you give it to the Royal Canadian Air Farce to use as fodder
in their chicken cannon. That will accelerate it at faster than 9.8/ms2
