My old desktop computer (Windows XP) died that had MS Office Professional
Edition 2003 load. I replaced the desktop with a laptop (Vista). Is there
a way to load the software to Vista?

Start by putting the installation CD into the CD drive.

You use the Office CD to install it. If the Office Pro came bundled with
the Old computer as part of the package, then it is likely you bought an
OEM version that expires with the PC.
