Internet sharing XP

I have SP2. I haven't installed a bunch of windows updates going back 2 years, nor have I installed SP3 yet. (I know that July 13 is the deadline for SP3.) Width of desktop shortcut titles
Is there a way to force the name under a desktop shortcut to be shorter in width and wrap the text to one or more new lines?
