Working toward a world without nuclear weapons

Limiting the number of warheads is a good beginning, but getting to the
end state calls for new thinking.

Off topic for sci.physics.

Nevertheless, a world without nuclear weapons would be a very bad
world. Those who think otherwise really need to study history, and
think much more carefully about it.

I think a few hundred would be a nice number to settle upon.

====================

A life that reaches the nuclear age down and in inevitably and
imperatively needs a birth to the vastnesses of a Space Age up and out. It's
like the infant in the womb world who has fully acquired vast and alien new
dimensions of limbs, organs, energies, powers, reaches, needs and wants for
which the womb world, its environment and governing agencies, is no longer
dimensionally sufficient to provide for, confine, or contain without the
most murderously deadly malignant consequences to the infant life and an
expanding / growing youth that should have been (including the 'Old World',
the home world, as then a newly youthful frontier (within the new youthful
frontier) that also should have been).

"Murderously deadly malignant consequences to the infant life":
Sam and his kind are constantly calling for more and more controls over
Man -- more and more tyrannies over Man, therefore in the backfire, for more
and more all out wars against his Orwellian Big Brother State. We are a
complex diverse higher life form species (as diverse and complex within our
one species as all the rest of nature on Earth put together), there being
many freedom loving humans, plenty enough of them more than willing to
destroy this world if need be to rid themselves of Sam and his kind. YES,
"those who think otherwise really need to study history," non-revisionist
history, that is, "and think much more carefully about it."
