How do I install Office 2010 when it requires Service Pack 3 for XP and there
is no service pack 3 for 64 Bit ?

Office 2010 won't run on XP Pro 64 bit. Only Vista 64 and Win 7 64 are
approved in the 64 bit market.

From MS Web site showing specs for Office (this is for Pro Plus but they all
require the same:

500-megahertz (MHz) processor or higher; 1 gigahertz (GHz) required for

and you don't see XP 64 bit shown there do you?

I guess you are going to need a supported operating system, cause the
XP-64 is specifically excluded. See quoted material below.
