From: Marc Heusser on 1 Feb 2010 08:27 After having used a Xerox Phaser 7760 for a few years now without any problems, I now have access to a Xerox Phaser 7500DX and it is having problems with the latest (first, only one, ...) printer driver from Xerox. Eg printing from Preview (Mac OS X 10.6.2 with all the latest updates) it hangs inside the Preview print panel when I try to print a page. Using Bonjour, Ethernet 100 mbit/s, http://www.support.xerox.com/go/results.asp?Xtype=download&prodID=7500&Xl ang=en_US&Xcntry=USA&source=XOG Printer Driver (in System Preferences, Printers and Fax, Driver) Xerox Phaser 7500DX, 1.0 The printer works with the driver Xerox Phaser 7400DX (latest one). I've encountered this exact problem, except the computer in question is running Max OS X 10.5.8, and have not found a solution other than to continue to use the 7400DX ppd, which works flawlessly. Thank you for the answer, good to know it is not just me :-) I did write to Xerox about it, and hope to get an answer - or at least an acknowledgement of the problem. I'll certainly post any info.
