They should clearly be notified if one of their physicians (a family physician nonetheless) seems to be delusional or psychotic, and may be unfit to carry out his duties. This will probably need serious investigation on the clinic's part. The problem is that it's not clear that the Vinoo Cameron on Usenet is the actual Vinoo Cameron and not someone willfully impersonating him for the purpose of tarnishing his reputation. |
