From: Andrew E. on 30 Jan 2010 00:10 Try R.clicking the desktop, properties, settings tab, advanced, adjust settings. Also, you might try microsofts "clear type",an option for xp,installed as default in windows 7 and vista,it clears up type on the pc,as its always on. From: ANONYMOU S on 30 Jan 2010 19:48 You might not be able to do anything with web pages if they are written very badly such that all the formats and displays are hard wired "absolutely" using CSS sheets (CSS = Cascading Style Sheets). If the style sheets are written properly with relative measurements or using percentages then you will be able to. hth "Dallas" <Jagged Edge(a)StillIStruggle> wrote in message news:etL%23TJWoKHA.1552(a)TK2MSFTNGP05.phx.gbl... > hi all, > > i am trying to change the contrast on my pc & the web pages that open. i > click on accessibility options, via control palen & nothing happens when i > click on it - any ideas on hot to get this function to work ? > > many thanks & enjoy your weekends > > -- > Dallas..... > > Dell P 4, 3GHz, 512 MB DDR SDRAM, 160 GB, Win XP HomeSP2, > 16X DVD-ROM & ,6X DVD+/RW, IE7, OE6, DSL, via AT&T.
