that is a great question for the andLinux 'experts' here:
http://www.andlinux.org/forum/index.php

personally i was totally unaware of the Frankenstein idea of running
Linux in Redmond....sounds like a really dumb idea to me..

Pretty silly.

OTOH, SOP for M$. Co-opt, then steal. And the phone home thing, what
could be more natural for M$. I've got an eee netbook w/ XP that
keeps nagging me to phone home. Naturally, I ignore it and won't even
connect to M$ to update or enable WMP, which now apparently won't work
at all till you have it enabled by the gods on high at Mt Redmond.
It's almost like torturing a small animal. It would be all too
hilarious if if wasn't just so ridiculous. Ol' Bill and his henchmen
are so terrified of losing control, they won't even leave you to use
their product in peace.

BTW, I keep the eee in XP to gather info. Pays to know what the enemy
camp is up to. ;)

If andLinux is trying to phone home, somebody goofed by making it phone
to a 192.168 address. That's almost as bad as a URL beginning with
"C:\", or a phone number with no area code. On the other hand, the
address could be the host machine on which andLinux is running.

The address range 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 is reserved for
private networks by rfc 1918.

Most likely this is an address assigned by your router.

My guess is that you've managed to change the ip address of
the computer, but haven't restarted the X server since then.

Try restarting the X server (Hold down alt+ctrl, and press the
backspace key twice, will usually work, unless it's been disabled
in xorg.conf).
