What stuff you you want access to? If it's just data, you can mount your fat or NTFS partitions under GNU/Linux and access them without trouble. If it's that you want to run Windows programs, that's a different matter. There's only a small community of people who care/know about being able to run GNU/Linux inside Windows, and I don't think any of them hang out here. IMO, you'd be better off finding them and asking about the issues.
