The legal definition of a car is a 4 wheel vehicle, not counting things
like the wheels motorcycle sidecars.

Having 3 wheels means that legally it is a motorcycle, will get registered
with motorcycle license plates, and require a motorcycle drivers license.

I have no idea whether or not this particular motorcycle meets US standards,
I'm mearly pointing out there has been Chinese stuff imported that doesn't
and it would behoove any potential buyer to make sure it does before
spending any money.

Like I said, a local company was just busted for selling stuff that doesn't
meet US standards.

If it were my money at stake, I would make sure first before winding up
with a very expensive flower pot.
