Yes, that's what I'm doing. You can have Foxit print pages arranged
as X by Y, so setting it for 2 x 1 you get two half-sized pages
on one side of the sheet. However, to print on the reverse side
you have to invert the other two pages top-to-bottom before you
send them to the printer.
I'm coming to the opinion that all this requires too much messin'
about. The simplest way is to guillotine some A4 sheets into A5
shrink the page image to 70% and print double sided. Then bind as
required.

I-myself-use ClickBook $$-but using Adobe Reader--works perfect. Made
for idiots.

Check all the options in your printer's driver. Most printers have a booklet
printing option.

Just thought I'd throw this one out there, if you need to print text
files, I have PCBook2 which does up to 4-up, double-sided. It only
does text files. I think this one isn't found on the web anymore and
don't know where I got it but I've had it for several years now. I
can make it available to anyone who'd like it. Just let me know how
to deliver it. The file is just over 1 meg in size and I can use
something like RapidShare if people don't mind that service. I don't
have access to alt.binaries.freeware anymore, otherwise I'd offer to
post it over there. ::g::
