Video files classified as "Music Video" are mixed in with Music in
iTunes. They can be distinguished by a little "television" icon at the
right end of the Name column.

They will sync based on how you have configured your iPhone for syncing
music. For example, if you are managing music manually, you will have to
drag them from within the Library > Music category onto the iPhone, and
they will show up there under the Music category.
