From: alm80 on 1 Feb 2010 09:40 Hello, I need to change the working week to start on Sunday, and end on Thursday, so that Friday and Saturday are days off. When I change this in "Change Working Time", this has no effect on the calendar itself. I see Saturdays/Sundays as days off. Is there any way to change also the visual settings of the calendar to reflect this change. I can set those manually with non-standard working time, etc. But it's a lot of work for multi-month projects. I'd like this option to be set as default.
From: HansH on 1 Feb 2010 10:07 Using "Change Working Time", you can specify the work week you need (Friday = non-working and Sunday = specific working times). To visually show these changes in the Gantt Chart, right-click the Gantt Chart and select Non-Working Time. You can specify the calendar to use for showing non-working time. The Task Usage and Resource Usage view however, use the 'Standard' calendar for showing non-working time. So no option to show non-working time from a different calendar in those views. I hope this helps, Hans Projectopolis <http://msepm.hsquared.be> alm80 wrote: > Hello, > I need to change the working week to start on Sunday, and end on Thursday, > so that Friday and Saturday are days off. From: JulieS on 1 Feb 2010 10:37 One quick clarification. The display of non-working time in the Task and Resource Usage views can be changed through Format > Timescale, Nonworking time tab. I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along. From: HansH on 1 Feb 2010 11:23 Thank you Julie. Totally forgot about that option... so I was a little too fast with my response.
