i teid this code given in this thread-

with this procedure i was not able to find the count of the bacili.
it was giving incorrect ouput count.

these are the basic steps that i am following-
coverting the image to hue scale then segmentation using thresholding ,here i am getting an output binary image that i've sended you.
my problem begin from this point , i am not able to count the number bacili present.
please sir help ...

It will be straightforward to adapt. Just pick up all the code after
it has the binary image so that it will use your binary image instead.
