From: Jocleyn Lortie Jocleyn on 17 May 2010 23:41 Right after I baseline my project, if I run a Earn Value Management report, my EV, AC and PV are different. I would have expect that all those values would be the same. Why is it not?
From: Andrew Lavinsky on 18 May 2010 08:32 It may be a function with your status date including the first day of the project, but not having any progress booked. Try messing with the Status Date to see if that changes anything. From: Andrew Lavinsky on 18 May 2010 14:55 Actually, as I recall, I've found some wackiness where the Status Date kind of depends on if you display time or not in the Tools > Options menu. Without time displayed, it calculates as of 5PM. With time displayed, it shows up as 8AM. ....or something like that. - Andrew Lavinsky Blog: http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/epm > Status date assumes 5:00 PM.
