From: Levi on 3 May 2010 07:09 i am unable to archive emails in microsft outlook 2007 running in windows 7. all settings in options and under auto archive are correct. the task bar indicates that it is archiving for a few seconds but when i go into the archive folders they are all empty. i have checked the folders under c:/users/luke/appdata/local/microsoft/outlook and the archive folder is there but the file size is 265kb... can anyone shed some light on this issue? many thanks in advance... Luke
From: DL on 3 May 2010 08:29 Archive works on modified date, if the modified date is prior to your archive settings then nothing will be archived "Levi" <lukerobertpower(a)gmail.com> wrote in message news:f05d90fb-7dd2-4937-87a8-cedef08dae9f(a)a27g2000prj.googlegroups.com... > i am unable to archive emails in microsft outlook 2007 running in > windows 7. all settings in options and under auto archive are correct. > the task bar indicates that it is archiving for a few seconds but when > i go into the archive folders they are all empty. i have checked the > folders under c:/users/luke/appdata/local/microsoft/outlook and the > archive folder is there but the file size is 265kb... > > can anyone shed some light on this issue? > > many thanks in advance... > > Luke
