into tools and look at my connection it says i am not connected to .net
services plus after i type my password in on 7.5 it adds another character to
it making it 8 long when its only 7

I am having the same problem, my password is 9 characters long and it changes
it to 8. The funny thing is that everyone else in my house that uses
messenger can sign in no problems can anyone explain why it is only
happening to 1 account. MSN has not really been any help
