Hi,

Quick update on this.

Cron WAS correctly running the logwatch job.

The problem was that I did not receive the --mailto output because the
message was being caught by Spam Assassin, and silently dropped.

It seems that some of the email addresses being reported by logwatch were
being caught by some domain spoofing checks.
