im setting up my calander for the first time & trying to work out how i can
change the setting so other ppl can edit in dates from other computers atm
only i can change or add , and they can only see... what i put it? is this
possible to do.

I gather you have Exchange? Then set them as Reviewer and they can read all
bar the Private appointments.

Right click on the folder you wish to share and choose properties, then
permissions tab. Permissions are changed here.
