We need to a toolbar having shortcut of doc,xlx,ppt files which should be
displayed in Desktop. (ie) My favourite toolbar in desktop.

Google for third party Tools.
The Office Toolbar was removed in Office 2007, but 2007 does feature both an
Open Office Doc and New Office doc shortcut

What operating system?
Most since Win9x allow new toolbars, e.g. rightclick the Taskbar,
select Toolbars-New-Toolbar and put your shortcuts on it.
