Most of the people I know who are likely to care about their mobile phone will either have an iPhone (the majority, in fact) or an HTC Incredible (a few people of late). Admittedly a goodly number of the people I know have BlackBerries too, but this is unsurprising since my workplace gives them to anybody who's a manager, and pretty much everyone who has a BlackBerry only uses it for work email and free calls.
