From: Frank on 2 Mar 2010 09:37 backup from OS-X v10.5 on external backup drive address book on it is v.4.0.6 on new macmini OS-X v10.6.2 with address book v5.0.1 When I tried to open address book on back up got message unable to open this version of ab with this OS. Opened new ab & tried to import it and also tried ab data files and on pull down menu it was grayed out. What is my solution? Frank

Albeit that I have the old one copied from my backup drive when I try to open it (either on my new hd or on my backup hd) I am unable to open it. I get the message unable to open this version (i.e. my old Leopard version) with the current operating system (Snow Leopard).
