BBC iPlayer - yes.
ITVplayer (and all the others) - no, afaik. For any OS.

I've read a thread about this recently. Here? Probably.

Recently, the Beeb seem to have changed something, and there's a new
downloader that, apparently, works.

I had trouble today - for the first time since the last update - and,
when I checked, there was a new version which worked fine. Also, I find
that either iplayer downloader or iplayer grabber will work. They seem
to overlap with updates so if you have both...
