Hmmmm, maybe I should delete that > category??? I don't know whether or not this helps, but in the past I had trouble using Virtual Account Numbers for Verizon payments. A single VAN can be used multiple times but only if the payee name remains exactly the same. Unfortunately Verizon used a different billing system and slightly different payee name for the required initial manual payment and for subsequent automatic payments. This caused my first automatic payment to fail and I had to get a second VAN. My automatic payemnts later failed when they switched my account to a new billing system with yet another slightly different payee name. Perhaps these different Verizon payee names are causing or contributing to your problem. Jerry |
