From: Karl Timmermans on 15 Apr 2010 21:14 Quite likely that the import/export filters were not originally installed and set to install on first run. If that's the case, you'll need your install CD. That said, if your contacts (that you want to import) are in a PST file - no need to import, just open the PST where the contacts reside and copy/move what you need to whatever folder you want them in.
