From: Louvremaker on 10 Feb 2010 02:26 I have just tried to install an external Tandberg RDX Quikstor unit using a USB connection on our Small Business Server 2003 runing ntbackup. The configure backup will not let me proceed when it sees the RDX dock. It is seeing it as CD or floppy drive and can not find the "cartridge" which is a hard disk. the Tandberg compatibilty page shows that SBS 2003 should be OK Any got any ideas? thanks - Allan C
