From: johns12345678902002 on 18 Feb 2005 04:42 I just patched and upgraded a PC to SP2 yesterday and began experiencing exactly the same problem whenever I attempt to use any explorer-based function like the Printers window, Control Panel, etc. It doesn't occur when in Safe Mode, so I suspect that either a program or running spyware is the culprit.
