Hi thanks for your help so far.

The issue is not the random numbers in the directory names. They have always
been there and since we have over 7000 mailboxes, we won't be cleaning them
up any time soon.

My original problem, which I still need help with, is why are names coming
up in autocomplete such as Bloggs, Joe <Joe.Bloggs00120540>. This is
happening for many users on Outlook 2003. We have tried on sample machines
deleting the .nk2 file but the problem still occurs regardless.

I thought outlook autocomplete would use the alias or display name and not
the directory name. Or am I completely wrong?
