The setup includes a Macbook and an iMac, both running iPhoto '08 on
OS10.5.8, and a MobileMe account in between.

On the Macbook I bring some photos into iPhoto, which I cull, title and
tag. Then I publish them to MobileMe gallery, checking the option to
display the titles. Hop over to MobileMe, and the photos are on display
properly with their titles. This matches the display in iPhoto.

Later, I open iPhoto on the iMac. The new gallery pages I've just
published are now listed in the sidebar with the number of photos. But
selecting any of the gallery sets displays just a group of empty frames
-- dotted outlines -- and there are no titles or tags. And then what is
worse, the titles disappear from MobileMe on synch. And still worse, if
I open iPhoto on the Macbook, the original pictures within the event
section will also lose their titles.

Can anybody shed light on how this is supposed to work, or what does
actually work when syncing two instances of iPhoto? Does it go better
for somebody else? Must I upgrade to the newer iPhoto to solve this mess?
