From: Kyle on 1 Aug 2010 15:06 Hi Matlab community, After some ill-advised manipulation of my figure handle settings, every figure I now plot appears in all black with no data visualized. I'm still able to change my figure properties (i.e. changing the background to white) but no matter what I do, I am unable to visualize my data. I suspect that my visualized data might be behind this solid color window but don't know how to retrieve it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you, Kyle

From: Kyle on 1 Aug 2010 15:15 I've tried restarting ML with no success. The same problem appears each time I use ML. From: Kyle on 1 Aug 2010 15:19 By the way, when I do restart ML, this is the error message I get: Warning: Initializing Handle Graphics failed in matlabrc. This indicates a potentially serious problem in your MATLAB setup, which should be resolved as soon as possible. Error detected was: MATLAB:badsubscript Attempted to access monitors(1,:); index out of bounds because size(monitors)=[0,4]. > In matlabrc at 100 Any ideas where this is coming from and how best to resolve it?
