From: Jim on 10 Aug 2010 12:04 Ok, Active Directory users and Computers (or start, run, dsa.msc) Find the user, go to their properties, then click on the Exchange Advanced tab Click Mailbox Rights Add the user who you wish to grant access to this mailbox. Tick all the boxes down to "take ownership". The user can now open this mailbox within outlook.
