Hi,

I'd like to trasform my dvd (stored in ratdvd format) in avi file (that
can support multilinguages ans subtitles).

Unfortunately the ratdvd format is not rer by Standlone DvdPlayer, but
all this Player reads very well avi format.

Exist a freeware software?

Can You help me?

Do you have some Suggestion?

Doesn't the ratDVD player allow you to convert the ratDVD file back to a
regular DVD?

Sure! But ratdvd format is about 1Gb per dvd while DVD format is 4,5 Gb
!! :(

Ratdvd is usefull becouse I can store my dvd, without loss the video
quality, but I can see it only on my computer, not on my tv.

Otherwise, if I buy a Multimedia Harddisk, I can put my stored dvd
(moved in avi format) and I can see it directly on my TV.

So, I need to convert ratdvd in Avi (supporting subtitles and
multilanguage).

I hope you understand me.

Tnks a lot,

Not really. I can understand using ratDVD when you only want to use it
on your computer. Why can't you just burn the 4.5 GB of data to a DVD so
that it can play either on your PC or on your TV (assuming you own a
standalone DVD player)?
