Hint: regsvr32.exe msxml3.dll is a _command_ which is sometimes suggested as a repair procedure in certain circumstances. Entering a version of a command in a search bar in some versions of some OS might give some people the idea that it couldn't be "found" on their computer. That would be true. They would be making a mistake (treating a command as they would a filename) and should try issuing the command somewhere more appropriate, e.g., in a Run... dialog or in an actual cmd window's command line.
