Do you use some kind of "DNSBL availability monitoring"?
IMHO i would be "wise+" with "eight different DNSBLs".

Avoided RBLs for a long time, but recently started to use
ix.dnsbl.manitu.net - http://www.dnsbl.manitu.net/

I equate DNS tempfails with passing in order to avoid such problems. I
don't see that as a problem because if someone is exceptionally spammy,
they're likely to have their IP listed on multiple lists.

Every so often (about once a month), I do check with the web sites of the
DNSBLs that I use. I also read NG "nanae" so if any I use have failed and
it is known by others, I may hear about it there too.
