ring2skype not working

From: MUSICMAN100 on 23 Apr 2010 15:18 Hi, I am trying to set up this is to my skype account. When you dial the number do you wait until you here a voice asking for the extension number? When I try the hash key I get through to a normal number and someone says 'hello'- once it was a boy voice it sounded like someones house!!! When I don't put the harsh in the number doesn't do anything. The London number gets a message saying the number is out of order.And the Manchester does not do anything?? -no ring then eventually it does ring but then stops. I get the error on the London Number.
