From: Russ SBITS.Biz [SBS-MVP] on 1 May 2010 23:42 I assume you mean the SBS Backup? not a third party? On SBS2008 first thing I do is Disable VSS on Drives and enable again and see if the backup works? Also if you are using WSUS Go into it and make sure you aren't needed any updates. In addition see if this thread can help http://msmvps.com/blogs/sbsdiva/archive/2010/02/05/reregistering-those-dlls-sbs-2008-style.aspx Russ -- Russell Grover - SBITS.Biz [SBS-MVP] MCP, MCPS, MCNPS, SBSC Small Business Server/Computer Support - www.SBITS.Biz Question or Second Opinion - www.PersonalITConsultant.com BPOS - Microsoft Online Services - www.BPOSMadeEasy.com http://www.twitter.com/SBITSdotBiz "Guzzifrank" <flbritton(a)shaw.ca> wrote in message news:dj2Dn.177211$0N3.77973(a)newsfe09.iad... > SBS2008 standard sorry > "Guzzifrank" <flbritton(a)shaw.ca> wrote in message > news:Qc1Dn.102434$u62.77741(a)newsfe10.iad... >> This comes and goes on new server. Many thanks, SBS2008 backup, no third party. Will try disable VSS and see results.
