Mr Slackware forgot to include the e100 firmware: /lib/firmware/e100/*,
there's three files in there

~$ ls /lib/firmware/e100
d101m_ucode.bin d101s_ucode.bin d102e_ucode.bin

I didn't fix the issue, just made a workaround, copied firmware to
the install CD and then copied it to /lib/firmware/ from CD prior
to opening the network connection.

Please fix missing NIC firmware for slack-13.1?
