Look at the data and decide for yourself. I see slight
warming.

The satellite data goes back thirty years, and over those
years it shows warming. But then it slowed down around 2002.

I feel the same way. We have a long way to go before we
understand climate change well enough to control or stop it.

One of my favorite data sets is the sea level data collected
by the JASON satellites. Here we have no UHI corrections
or roving stations to wonder about. Tide gage measurements
have been gathered for over a century, and they are important
enough for the operation of ports that they are more complete
and accurate than temperature readings. In the area of overlap
they pretty much agree with the satellite data.
