From: Ed Cohen on 31 May 2010 19:59 I have been having trouble with the latest XP Window update. When I try and have Windows Update automatically install the update, it does not install. Here is the text of the update: Installing Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 Security Update for Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP (KB974417) (update 1 of 1)... I have rebooted my pc, and even gone ahead and went to KB974417 and installed that update manually, but my windows automatic update still comes back and tries to do it again, with no change. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on and how to fix this? I have Windows XP, SP3. Thanks Ed Cohen
