status bar indicate that an error has occurred. If we click Error on the
status bar, we see information that resembles the following information:

Char: 5
Error: 'document.frames.idExecASP.document.all.nErr.value' is null or not an
object Code: 0
URL: http://cdc-ho-epm/ProjectServer/Tasks/DelegatePage.asp?NumNotDeleg-0

Please guide me in this regard that how do we solve this issue. i have
searched about this issue and need hotfix anybody guide me that from where we
can get this hotfix?

As this relates to Project Server, best to repost on the forum where the
gurus hangout: microsoft.public.project.server.

(I notice that you are using very old--many years--version of the
product ... would patching/updating fix this?)
