Some programs do not require installation, other programs do. Your
meaning of "play it on the PC" is difficult to understand.

Programs are not asked to respond when they are being copied. I
would guess that the file is in use somehow. That suggests that
you have done something with the file (like run it from the USB
drive) before trying to copy it to the PC.

Thanks for not top posting, but please respond individually to
each part of my reply (as I am doing to yours) if you need further
assistance.

You might also consider the possibility your game file is chock
full of viruses. As far as I know, the best way to infect your PC
is by running a file that you have downloaded. Programs gain
access to all sorts of stuff once you allow them to run/install.

I was refering to playing of the game on the PC.

I have run virus scan with 2 different A/V programs. AVG and Norton,
both report no infection, also ran a scan with Malwarebytes AMW, no
infection.

The game itself is insignificant, I would like to know where the
bottleneck is.
I am going to look at the system requirements of the game again. Maybe
I have not enough ram?

If I had a good idea of what the problem is, that question might
be answerable. You have hinted at but not made clear whether your
problem has to do with copying, installing, or running the "game"
from the USB flash drive, there is a difference. Apparently you
have not tried copying the game installation executable file from
the USB to your hard drive like I suggested. But no one really
even knows if in fact it is an installation file. Apparently the
problem has something to do with game program files or a game
installation file that has been copied to a USB flash drive from a
laptop. And those files, whatever they are, cannot be copied from
the USB flash drive to a PC, installed from the USB flash drive to
a PC, or ran from the USB flash drive for playing the game on the
PC, or maybe all/none of the above.
