I'm in the same boat as the rest...I have been tring to get updates on my
laptop since April 2010...i have followed the steps that the help and support
said and it doesn't clear out...I have talked to a Microsoft rep... and
followed her steps that she sent in an email.. and you know what I still
can't get updates... If anyone has any more ideas please pass them to me...I
did find out that I have a file in the software dist file called datastore
that doesnt delete... this error is actually beating me...
