You should see a link to printable versions of the documentation. If you don't have MATLAB, look at the bottom of the right frame on this webpage: http://www.mathworks.com/access/helpdesk/help/techdoc/ but remember, that's for the most recent version of MATLAB -- so if you're looking to use an older version, that documentation may describe features that are not available in your version.
