It's old enough to drink.
(get your priorities in order :*)

Drinking age depends on the country.
In Germany, you can drink beer and wine at age 16 (in Bavaria even earlier...)
The US drinking age is an abomination and actually is one of the reasons for
binge drinking once the kids are off to college. Getting introduced to alcohol
under parental supervision is preferable to peer pressure to do binge
drinking.</rant>

In The Netherlands beer is (currently) legal from age 16 too, but still
youth (of both older and younger ages) DO indulge in binge drinking
anyway. Like drinking more then 10 beers on a single evening...

In Belgium, it is forbidden to sell (or give) beer or wine to people
younger than 16. For stronger stuff the limit is 18. But as I
understand the law, unlike in America, actually drinking alcohol is not
forbidden by law at any age.

So all my computers are old enough to drink. But only one can vote.
