My BT landline is paid by direct debit and I don't have a contract
mobile. My mobile is 'Pay As You Go' and I'm still getting these
calls!

How about explaining what the calls are about? How are they defrauding you?

Hi,

I already pay for a block on anonymous calls but is there a way to
block certain numbers like the one mentioned here?

That (ACR) is 48.00 pa

You could additionally subscribe to CTR (Choose To Refuse, 40.20 pa)
which
blocks up to ten callers.

Or, as discussed here, the the Truecall call screener (99) might, for
your
purposes, replace both and filter "unavailable" calls as well with a
payback period of two years or less.

As another poster mentioned "Choose to Refuse" is available but
chargeable, however BT have been known to waive the fee for a month to
stop malicious calls. I would suggest having a word with the Malicious
Calls Bureau on 0800 661441 to see if they can help.
