You would not get a 3G replacement, unless you had a 3G handset on your
account - in which case you would not need a replacement in the first
place.

That's not true eother I'm afraid. All new SIMs are black, both 2G and
3G.

Ooer, not promising sounding. I've just ported to Orange because I can
get full 3G reception where I work. I left O2 because their coverage is
poor in the areas I need it to be good.

My customer service experience to date has been mixed but the network
is good so far. I suppose I need to keep away from CS.... :-))
