Hi

With Windows Server 2008 and Vista SP1, no further action is necessary and
those systems can access and run TS Web-enabled applications. If running the
latter Windows XP SP3, the ActiveX control must be enabled in the registry.
To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open Regedit and find the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Settings

2. Within the Settings sub-key, delete the following sub-keys:

{4eb89ff4-7f78-4a0f-8b8d-2bf02e94e4b2}
{7390f3d8-0439-4c05-91e3-cf5cb290c3d0}

The keys suggested have been removed from the registry and still the option
to enable the Terminal Services activex controls in the "Manage Addons" of
IE7 do not appear. There is no mention of Terminal Services in any of the 4
drop down menus listing activex controls. The only keys that remain in the
registry branch .....CurrentVersion\Ext\Settings are;

{05CA9FB0-3E3E-4B36-BF41-0E3A5CAA8CD8}
{4EDCB26C-D24C-4e72-AF07-B576699AC0DE}

Any help that anyone could be will be much appreciated.

No need to add on the ActiveX controls in IE7.

Just to the registry changes and try access the TW web access. The page
should load normally..you don't see any "ActiveX control to be enabled:
message.
