Whenever I reboot my Macbook (13 inch aluminum), Airport is off, even
if it was on and connected when before I restarted. This just started
about two weeks ago. Has any one else had this issue?

Has "System Preferences" somehow been moved out of the "Applications"
folder? If so, put it back.

Have you examined the system log to see what error are there?

LOL... Ok I'm curious: Is that really a symptom of System Preferences
being moved out of the /Applications folder, or are you just grasping at
straws?

I didn't see any errors in the system log. I seem to have fixed the
issue, however. Deleting the Airport item in Network preferences and
then adding it again seems to have worked. We'll see if it sticks...
